Self-Declaration:

  1. I agree to play within all the rules and regulations of Department Premier League (D.P.L) - 4.0 & Committee of which Department Premier League (D.P.L) is affiliated with.
  2. I agree to play in the spirit of the game & respect any other player, team, franchise, official, or related committee.
  3. I agree to be up to date with any fees owing to Department Premier League (D.P.L) - 4.0 & understand that if I don’t pay my registration fees Rs. 2000 (Rs. Two Thousand only) till closure of registration, I will not be selected in any Department Premier League - 4.0.
  4. I agree to be responsible for all my actions on and off the field and within any vicinity or anything affiliated to Department Premier League - 4.0 or the Committee, Department Premier League is affiliated with.
  5. I accept T-20 rules and regulations and I will not challenge any Department Premier League - 4.0 schedule and any changes in it as well as player/franchise selection process by Jury/Committee members. I will follow LEAGUE SCHEDULE as decided. Rules and regulations framed by Department Premier League - 4.0 for management etc. and I will follow instructions of my allotted team owner/coach/captain and the concerned person.
  6. I have read all the rules and regulations for Department Premier League - 4.0 at website www.dcdcu.in and agree for any changes in rules and regulations for website update time to time by the Committee.
  7. I am giving full undertaking regarding the fitness criteria necessary to perform in the league and declare myself fit and free from any disease to participate in Department Premier League - 4.0.
  8. I agree that I will perform with my selected team authorized by Department Premier League - 4.0 and will follow all instructions of league team owner. I will play with my best capability assigned by team owner, coach and my team captain. I will make myself available for our match fixture in the league.
  9. I will not claim any financial/medical claims from D.C.D.C.U or from any of my franchise owners, owing to my participation as a player in Department Premier League - 4.0.
  10. Any player providing misleading or false information about his candidature in the registration form is bound to be disqualified from the league and registration fee will be forfeited.
  11. Proven match-fixing obligations of any kind on any player make clear grounds for permanent disqualification from the league.

Important Terms and Conditions:

  1. All concerned are hereby informed that the following eligibility conditions shall apply for participation in the Department Premier League (DPL) 4.0. All players and departments must ensure compliance before registration.
  2. Eligible Participants: Employees of Government Departments, Corporation employees, Teachers (Government schools/institutions), Central Government employees, Employees of Nationalized Banks, Retired Government employees, Ex-servicemen and Contractual employees – eligible only if they have rendered a minimum of 5 years of continuous service in the same office.
  3. Office Location Condition: Only those employees whose offices are located within the state of Uttarakhand shall be eligible to participate.
  4. Ineligible Participants: Employees of Private Institutions, Employees of Aided Schools, Employees associated with other non-governmental institutions
  5. Permanent government employees need to upload a copy of employment identity card/pay slip with this form, whereas Samvida eligible players need to submit a copy of appointment letter in that case, however, the candidature of such Samvida players will be at the discretion of D.C.D.C.U. after scrutiny of their forms.
  6. Players recruited under the Sports Quota of Uttarakhand Police who represented the State Police Team in the year 2024 (included/close players) shall not be eligible.
  7. Uttarakhand Police players below the age of 40 years shall also not be eligible to participate in DPL 4.0.
  8. Intake of any obnoxious material like alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited for the player during any of the important activities of the event, violation of which may lead to fine and punishment of the player by D.C.D.C.U.
  9. Player’s registration forms will be treated as an application to participate in the event and does not confer selection in any of the franchise teams. Offline forms will not be accepted at all.
